I believe everyone has the ability to make their life what they desire. Hypnotherapy is about empowerment and enhancement through understanding, and coaching builds on that foundation by applying those insights and desires into daily life.

When we have those magical ah-ha moments, things crystalize. Epiphanies generate an energy helping us discover our authentic self, experience meaningful growth, and create our true path. ​

My career in hypnosis and coaching began with a desire to help and evolved into a journey to witness individuals discover their purposes, heal physical and emotional wounds, and gain higher levels of happiness and success. My past experience has involved working in crisis intervention and inpatient mental health settings. This knowledge and exposure, as well as the numerous lessons I learn being a parent of two young adults, helps shape my viewpoint that life is a beautiful journey where learning and mistakes are part of the process bringing us to greater fulfillment, happiness, and love.
