The individual person's willingness to change and let go of the old belief patterns is more important than the depth of the situation, relationship, or trauma. ​Hypnotherapy builds on the principles of hypnosis by applying it in a therapeutic context. 

Transformative coaching complements hypnotherapy sessions by guiding conscious action, reinforcing new thought patterns, and integrating insights into lasting behavioral changes. Often this looks like specific steps, helpful tools, and practical techniques. At times, both new and returning clients desire a coaching session for an issue without hypnosis or vice versa.

Hypnotherapy and coaching are most successful when the client has the commitment to the process. The client is an active participant in the sessions and, ultimately, the creator of their own destiny.
